What is included in a realtor home page on BC Real Estate Net?

The design fee covers layout of your real estate home page, up to five images, a pager link, custom metatags, and a URL under bcrealestate.net. Extra pages are quoted separately.

How are hosting fees billed?

Realtor hosting is billed annually in advance, plus GST. The package includes a permanent @bcrealestate.net email address that stays the same if you change internet providers.

Agents who still want a simple page under this domain can use the same package that built the generic sample below. The layout stays in the beige-and-blue era of the home desk, so a new realtor URL does not look like a different generation of the site.

If your page will mention vacant stock or tenant turnovers, leave room for a short listing note. Buyers reading a Ladner agent page often ask what happens after keys are returned, and a clear sentence on that point saves a later phone call.

Office web site - $45.00 / month
Includes the following;
- minor revisions to Realtors personal pages as required.
- revisions to Office web pages at any time as needed plus allowance for more graphic images.
- A permanent e-mail address: whatever-name-you-want@bcrealestate.net (an existing "dial up" account is required) NOTE: This e-mail address will remain constant no matter how often you change Internet Service Providers. This means the address you put on your business cards and letterheads won't ever need to be changed!

All fees payable to BC REAL ESTATE NET are plus G.S.T. Fees are to be paid in advance
on an annual (calendar year) basis and are due within 30 days of your web page going online.
