CASH REBATES WHEN YOU BUY OR SELL ANYWHERE IN CANADA

At no cost to you a generous cash rebate can be yours when you buy or sell real estate with me as your Agent. Rebates of $1,000 to $2,500 will be generated on most sales in my market area. In 2011 the majority of detached housing sales in South Delta and Richmond would have generated a client rebate in excess of $2,000. (Info for other areas below)

On completion of your transaction where I act as your Agent I will personally pay you 20% of the net commission received by me on your side of the transaction (not including HST or GST). To qualify for a rebate you must pre-register using the form below before any real estate contracts relating to your transaction are prepared.

If I'm unable to assist you myself I can refer you to another qualified Agent anywhere in Canada and will be pleased to personally reward you with a full 30% of the net referral fee received after your transaction completes. Referral rebates are somewhat less than the figures above but still very worthwhile.


NOTE: Registration does not oblige either of us to deal with the other but so long as the offer is in effect it does oblige me to pay you a rebate from my commission received on any contract of purchase and sale prepared by me as your Agent or on your referral by me to another Agent.
